How is the x60 requirement calculated?
On the deposit and the bonus combined, not on the bonus alone. A $100 deposit matched by a $100 bonus creates a $12,000 turnover requirement, and the withdrawal ceiling from that bonus is $1,000, being ten times the bonus amount.
